The announcement over the weekend comes after Las Vegas in November hosted its inaugural <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportstravelmagazine.com\/formula-1-ready-to-make-big-splash-in-las-vegas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Las Vegas Grand Prix for Formula 1<\/a> as well as its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportstravelmagazine.com\/las-vegas-is-ready-for-its-super-bowl-close-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">first Super Bowl ever at Allegiant Stadium.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBringing the iconic global brands of WWE and Las Vegas together will create what is sure to be an unforgettable event and weekend,\u201d said <strong>Steve Hill<\/strong>, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority president and chief executive officer. \u201cAs the sports and entertainment capital of the world, hosting WrestleMania 41 is the perfect addition to our events calendar, and we can\u2019t wait to welcome the WWE Universe to Las Vegas in 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The April 19\u201320 dates will be the latest in a calendar year that WrestleMania has ever taken place. The pandemic era WrestleMania in Tampa Bay on April 10\u201311, 2021, was previously the latest. Khan made remarks following WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia, went head-to-head with the NCAA Men\u2019s Final Four, that WrestleMania would not be held the same weekend as the Final Four moving forward.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the two-night stadium event, which is expected to draw between 65,000 and 70,000 fans each night, WWE will also bring Raw, SmackDown, NXT Stand &amp; Deliver, WWE World and the 2025 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony to Las Vegas, as well as a variety of community outreach events.<\/p>\n<p>This past April, WrestleMania 40 became the most-successful and highest-grossing event in company history, breaking the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportstravelmagazine.com\/wwe-produces-largest-event-in-history-at-wrestlemania-39\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">previous gate record set by WrestleMania 39<\/a> by 78 percent, with 145,298 in attendance over two nights at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
